My name is Camila Kumar, and I am a medical student at the Universidad San Sebastián in Chile. Pursuing medicine has always been my dream since childhood, and I am currently in my fifth year. Unfortunately, on December 31, 2023, my father passed away unexpectedly at the age of 52. He was the sole financial provider for our family, leaving us with nothing to sustain ourselves. I have two younger siblings aged 11 and 17 to support, and I am at a loss about what to do. I reach out to you in the hope that you might assist me. I have three more years to complete my studies, and I am determined to work hard to both study and provide for my siblings. However, my father left behind debts that need to be paid, and I genuinely need financial assistance to relieve this burden. The amount I need to cover the debts is $6,500, which includes both my father's debts and the expenses for the funeral and wake. My name is Gabriel, I am 26 years old, I currently live in Chile and I need to travel to my native country, Venezuela, to finish my medical studies that I had to interrupt due to economic problems to come here to work and save money to continue studying. I was studying Medicine in Venezuela, but I was forced to have to go to another country, to Chile, where I am currently, and what I yearn for the most every day, and for which I often fall into anguish and depression, is to be able to return and finish my studies, because I only need my medical internship, which is about two and a half years, but every time I think about going back I am involved in dilemmas about how I could survive there, if a career like Medicine requires so much dedication and I study full time, so it would be almost impossible for me to work at the same time. I would like to have capital to invest in a service or in any other investment that generates some type of income, even if it is little, but that allows me to survive during the time that I am doing my internship. I have saved some money but I feel that with the little that I have managed to accumulate, it would not last me more than a few months and then I would find myself involved in more anguish and neglect, and perhaps I would find it necessary to interrupt my studies again to save as much more money. That is my dilemma, and it is the reality that I have been living. I want to grow, I want to graduate, I want to move forward but I need a hand to help me a little, unfortunately my family is not wealthy enough to be able to support me for so long and with the expenses that maintaining a person represents, and more if I already know has entered "adulthood." Me gustaría tener un capital para invertir en algún servicio o en cualquier otra inversión que me genere algún tipo de renta, así sea poca, pero que me permita subsistir durante el tiempo que esté haciendo mis prácticas. He ahorrado algo de dinero pero siento que con lo poco que he alcanzado acumular no me duraría sino para unos pocos meses y luego me encontraría envuelto en más angustia y desidia, y quizá vea necesario interrumpir nuevamente mis estudios para ahorrar otro tanto más de dinero. Ese es mi dilema, y es la realidad que he estado viviendo. Quiero crecer, quiero graduarme, quiero avanzar pero necesito de una mano que me ayude un poco, mi familia lamentablemente no es pudiente como para poder sostenerme a mi por tanto tiempo y con los gastos que representa mantener a una persona, y más si ya se ha adentrado en la "adultez."
